1. About BrushHouse

BrushHouse is an online art store offering original paintings and artworks created by the artist. Each original artwork is unique and may contain natural variations in colour, texture, brushwork, and finish.

2. Artwork Information

We make every effort to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colours, and other information about our artworks.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor, screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions.

As our paintings are handmade originals, minor variations in texture, brushstrokes, and surface finish are natural characteristics of the artwork and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable at the time your order is successfully placed will generally apply to that order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and will contact you if an error affects an order you have placed.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if the artwork is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or affected by a technical or pricing error.

Once your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed, we will prepare the artwork for dispatch.

For original one-of-a-kind paintings, an artwork may only be available once. Once sold, the same original artwork cannot be supplied again.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe provided on the website.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location, courier service, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

BrushHouse is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our original paintings are unique artworks, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference.

If an artwork arrives damaged, defective, or is different from the artwork ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, logos, designs, written content, graphics, and other material displayed on the BrushHouse website are owned by or licensed to BrushHouse unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use any artwork, photograph, or website content without prior written permission.

Purchasing an original painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. The purchase gives the buyer ownership of the physical artwork only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse the website, or use its content for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

9. Product Availability

Because BrushHouse offers original artworks, availability can be limited. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or remove any artwork or product listing at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

BrushHouse will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable services. However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, technical problems, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
